Genuine Vegetable Parchment

Genuine Vegetable Parchment is a unique totally natural paper, made from 100% virgin cellulose fibre. It does not require the use of chemical or plastic additives to form a barrier against grease or moisture.

It is more malleable in water and therefore is stronger when wet. It can be placed in the oven immediately after being in the freezer.
Natural way to wrap cheese, butter or other foods that are moist and greasy.

Can be supplied in unbleached  white in custom size sheets up to 600 x 1050mm.
